I clearly talk A LOT about the benefits of mindfulness and mind-body practices such as yoga, meditation and pranayama (breathwork) but did you know that I also take a mindfulness based approach to food and nutrition?


As I continue to tell you more about my health coach practice, I’m sharing all about how paying attention and listening to your body can optimize your health!


Think advocating for yourself and remembering that every body is different! A strategic elimination diet can bring relief, mindful eating practices can be incredibly helpful and using food as medicine works wonders when you open up to personal experimentation.
