4 tips to tap into your intuition

Here are some things that you can do when you’re not feeling in sync with yourself AKA you’re not quite in the flow of life (which is when things come easily and naturally) and you’re strong arming your way AKA trying to control everything!


4 tips to tap into your intuition in order to gain clarity on what your mind and body need.


Here goes:


1. Phone a friend! I find this always helps bring me back to center and puts a smile on my face. Turn your day around and let it flow from there.


2. Try a new form of movement. Shake things up! Today I used my rebounder for a couple of minutes and lifted heavier weights. It felt great and gave me some good perspective.


3. Sit your tush down and breathe. In through the nose and out through your mouth. Each breath is a count of one; do this for a count of ten. A calm nervous system = a calm mind. Tune in and see how you feel and what you need today in terms of movement, nourishment, etc.


4. Last but not least, schedule a health coach consult. Even if you choose not to work with me, just by filling out a health history form, you’ll get a good overview of what’s happening in your own wellness sphere and what you can focus on to feel good!
