Chair Yoga

Seated stretches combined with breath work that can be done sitting in a chair. Experience all the benefits of yoga and meditation including reduced pain, fatigue and stress.

At RL Wellness, we understand the financial burden that comes from living with a chronic illness and never want financial concerns to be the reason you cannot take our yoga classes. For that reason, if you cannot afford to pay for a class or would like to request a discounted rate, please email roxanne@roxannelerner.com and let us know. No questions asked—our goal is to make wellness accessible to everyone in our community.

We also offer a flexible stress- free cancellation policy to accommodate the unpredictable nature of chronic illness. If you need to cancel a class, rest assured you will be refunded. Your health and well-being always come first.
