Always with a side of mindfulness

It's very easy to feel lost and overwhelmed when you have a chronic illness. For me, simple and routine with a side of mindfulness is key. For my clients, I create an "empowerment backpack" filled with quick and effective tools to help set them up for success aka a healthy mind and body! A 5 minute meditation or a healthy snack idea is what I'm referring to. It's not complicated but it's effective in changing the way you take care of yourself. Every single day. This will lift your spirits and help challenge everything that you think you know about yourself as someone with a chronic illness!
