I cannot believe that I am celebrating my 8 year work anniversary this month at The Mindfulness Center! This brilliant community has taught me so much about health and wellness and has transformed my life. I never would have imagined being healthy enough to teach yoga or become a certified holistic health coach but with much support I've done both. As I continue on my mission to inspire hope in others with chronic health issues, it is such an honor to offer my services at The Mindfulness Center. This has been a dream of mine for a long time and while covid delayed things, I truly believe now is when we need these practices and health support more than ever!
