Health coach spots open for Springtime!

As we move into Spring and things start to open up, I encourage you to make your health a true priority. It's been easy through covid and these last few winter months, to lose track of healthy routines without having a gym or for example (and in my case) cooking fatigue is real my friends! However, sunnier skies and warmer weather is upon us and the most perfect time time to feel rejuvenated and restored. Make walking, grilling and water your (old) new best friend.
