As a mom with two small kids, I know first hand how much the stress of the last few years has affected me. Throw in a big move, a change in my professional life, a traveling husband and hello insomnia! However, by leaning heavily on my yoga and meditation practice, I've kept my health in check, my family happy and RL Wellness was born. If you're a mom like me and have felt isolated and living in fight or flight the last few years, yoga can make a big difference in down regulating your nervous system and increasing your serotonin. What better way to take care of yourself and spend time with other moms.
I teach from the heart and can't wait to share some impactful and useful tools. I'm happy to report that I am now sleeping soundly and making up for lost time with friends.
